Small room has a sigle bed, refrigerator, and
closet, phone with free local call, sink and dresser.
Large room has a double bed, microwave, TV with cable and kitchenette.
Shared bathroom on each floor are cleaned by our staff. For
the Security $500 for the monthly and $200 for the rest. |
DAILY: In advance, the Guest agrees to
pay the total balance plus 3 days security, refunded upon
returning the keys.
WEEKLY: 1 week security and 1 week plus balance of the
week till Sunday. There after, each Mondays in advance.
MONTHLY: 1 months rent upon signing & security
deposit 1 month in advance, (returnable 30 days after
conclusion of the stay or after all telephone and other bill
are paid in full) plus the monthly utility charge of $180
(which includes cable charge, local telephone, gas & $63
toward electricity). The Guest agrees to pay electricity
charge over $75 per month.
